filling out our on-line form. We supply all software at no cost (no membership or
hook-up fees).

records in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Minnesota.
Residency Bureau will be offering the following states in the near future: Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas and is expanding rapidly. This database indicates whether or
not the applicant has ever been sued for a rent payment or if he/she has ever been evicted.
It also alerts us to other rental properties that the applicant has applied to recently, a
helpful tool that enables property managers to cross-check applicant information. Another feature is the
simplicity of our report format. The result is that rental consultants will be able to make
faster, more confident rental decisions that are consistent with the risk guidelines of the
property manager.
